2. Vehicle Sales Policy
All pre-owned vehicles are sold "as-is" unless otherwise explicitly stated in writing at the time of purchase. While we ensure all vehicles are thoroughly inspected and detailed, East Bay Automotive Sales & Service does not offer any express or implied warranties beyond those required by applicable state or federal law or any manufacturer's remaining warranty, which would be specified in the sales agreement.
Vehicle information, pricing, and availability displayed on our online platform are subject to change without notice and do not constitute an offer. Final prices, terms, and conditions for vehicle purchases will be established in a formal sales contract ณ our dealership.
3. Automotive Service Policy
All automotive repair and maintenance services are performed by ASE-certified technicians. Estimates for services are provided prior to work commencement and final charges may vary based on unforeseen issues or parts availability. We strive for transparency and will communicate any significant deviations from the estimate before proceeding.
Payment for all services is due upon completion and vehicle pick-up. We accept various forms of payment, which will be communicated at our facility.
